While speaking at the Chief Ministers’ conference on internal security at New Delhi, state CM Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal stressed that the recruitment for ITBP, CRPF, CISF, para military forces be on merit and added that recruitment policy should be formulated accordingly. He also stressed the need to change the recruitment policy as many talented and vibrant youth from the state could not avail the opportunity.
