Commenting on the Delhi high Court order, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said he has full faith in the judiciary and investigating agencies and the false and fabricated cases made against him would fall flat as before.
In a press statement , Chief Minister said the PIL filed by Prashant Bhushan was listed today in Delhi High Court and in today’s deliberations; Court has not made any adverse order or comment against him.
Singh said that as per his information Court has asked the CBI and Income Tax Authorities to file status report in the Court in one week.
Virbhadra Singh said that ever since assembly elections were announced in the State in 2012 and he was asked to lead the election campaign by the Congress High Command, Prem Kumar Dhumal, his sons and associates have been personally targeting me with an ulterior political motive, firstly with an objective of stopping the Congress from forming the Government and thereafter to destabilise the Congress Government.
Chief Minister said that Dhumal and family have a one point programme of personally attacking me as they find me to be a biggest obstacle in their political ambition of usurping power in the State. Singh added

Virbhadra Singh said that during the parliamentary elections, Prem Kumar Dhumal had all along been making public statements that the Congress Government in the state would fall after the formation of new government at the Centre.
Chief Minister said that Dhumal was pressurising the Union Government to take action against him on the basis of false and fabricated cases made against him on baseless complaints. He was trying to pressurise the Union Government to destabilise the democratic elected Congress Government in Himachal Pradesh.
Virbhadra Singh said that his entire life devoted to the development of the State and welfare of its people was an open book for all. He said that the people of the State, whom he had served with all his might and commitment during his public career spanning over 5 decades, knew him fully well and have always reposed faith in his integrity and leadership.
He said that he would come out clean in this case and the ulterior designs of his opponents would fall flat.
