In a sensational and gruesome murder case of Sanjay Patel, Manali police on Sunday got success in arresting an accused Luxmi Patel of UP allegedly involved, in Manali. DSP Ashish Sharma revealed that deceased was a trader from UP and alleged murderer Laxmi Patel was his business partner, who both had hired a room at restroom Manali. According to Manali police an alleged murderer after killing Luxmi Patel planned to cut the charred body into 3 pieces and throw it into river vyas. On strict interrogation of police, accused could not resist and police ultimately got success in tracing 3rd. portion of body somewhere in Jukhala Bilaspur on the hint of accused. DSP Ashish Sharma told that case has been registered under IPC302 and further investigation is on in the right direction.
