Gearing up for the Mandi parliamentary by-poll, the Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) President, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh (Sukhu) has appointed Co-ordinators for Mandi Lok Sabha by-election.
Senior Congress leader from Sirmour region, Gangu Ram Musafir was appointed co-ordinator of district Kinnaur, whereas Chaudhary Chander Kumar, Ex. MP & Minister, was given responsibility of Bharmour of district Chamba.
CPS Rakesh Kalia was appointed co-ordinator of district Lahul & Spiti and Social Justice & Women Empowerment Minister Dr. Col. Dhani Ram Shandil will oversee the party campaign in Rampur region of Shimla district.
Congress president has entrusted responsibility of party campaign in Kullu district to HPCC Vice President and former cabinet minister Harsh Mahajan, whereas senior party leader and 20-point committee chairman Ram Lal Thakur was made co-ordinator of important Mandi district.
