Congress Mandi Parliamentary Candidate Pratibha Singh campaigned in Kullu Assembly Constituency.

Addressing at the public rallies Pratibha Singh said that UPA Govt under leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Dr. Manmohan Singh have provided livelihood opportunities to different sections of people like Women, Youth, Senior Citizens and Children. She said that the Centre government has provided huge funds for strengthening health care system in rural areas under National Health Rural Mission. She also said that under Rajiv Gandhi Aanya Yojgna Scheme Rs.2.00 per kg Rice and Rs.3.00 Wheat is given to BPL card holders.

While informing her contribution to Mandi Lok Sabha Constituency Pratibha Singh claimed to persuaded with Union HRD Minister and managed to bring IIT for Mandi constituency.

She also said that with her persistent efforts Union Labour Ministry has sanctioned ESI Medical College at Ner Chowk in Mandi. She has mentioned that Central Government has sanctioned Rs.139 crore for the development of drinking water system in rural areas.

Travelling long distance in the interior villages of hilly areas Pratibha Singh has appealed to the people of the constituency to cast their valuable vote for the Congress Party which contributed to the overall development of the Himachal Pradesh.
