Shimla: On the occasion of World Disability Day, the Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh distributed stitched blazers to the differently abled children of Deaf and Dumb School, Dhalli in Shimla district at his official residence today.
As many as 200 blazers provided by the District Red Cross Society, Shimla were given to the children present on the occasion.
Dinesh Malhotra, Deputy Commissioner Shimla, Chairperson District Red Cross Hospital Welfare Section Pratima Malhotra, ADM Shimla D.K. Rattan and Onkar Sharma District Welfare Officer Shimla were also present on the occasion.
