New Delhi: Forest Minister Thakur Singh Bharmouri called on Union Forest and Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar at New Delhi and urged him to provide liberal financial assistance to the State for various developmental projects.
Bharmouri apprised Union Minister about the efforts of the State Government for protection of the environment and preservation of forest wealth.
Javadekar assured Himachal Pradesh Forest Minister that the Central Government would provide all possible assistance to the State.
Vice Chairman of the State Forest Development Corporation Kewal Singh Pathania was also present at the meeting.
