Himachal Pradesh chief secretary Sudripta Roy has been discharged from Medanta, a private hospital in Gurgaon and shifted to his house in New Delhi.
He was under treatment for brain haemorrhage from past three months. He had suffered a brain haemorrhage on October 10, 2013. He was first admitted to Indira Gandhi medical College (IGMC), Shimla, and immediately shifted to the PGI Chandigarh. On November 21, he was shifted to Medanta hospital in Gurgaon for better treatment.
