A deputation of Kasauli Congress Mandal led by Member Pradesh Congress Committee Ramesh Chauhan called on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh at Shimla today.

The deputation urged the Chief Minister to upgrade Government High School Dagshai and GHS Haripur to Plus Two level. They also requested to upgrade Govt. Middle School Gamjhoon and GMS Ganol to High School level.

The deputation also apprised the Chief Minister that many people were being affected by the construction of Parwanoo-Shimla four lane in Dharampur Market so a by-pass should be made to save displacement of many families.

Chief Minister said that he had already taken up the matter of by-pass for Dharampur with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) and he was quite hopeful that the same would be accepted. He said that other demand of upgrading the schools would be considered sympathetically keeping in view its genuineness and strength of the students.
