Shimla: In spite of heavy snowfall in Shimla, protesting teaching staff of Integrated Institute of Himalayan Studies (IIHS) carried forward their agitation.
Teaching staff of IIHS were protesting against HPU administration for not abiding with the Court ruling of regularization of them. They were demanding immediate regularization with proper financial provision in the main university budget.
Even the University Executive Council has already accepted the recommendation made by Bambar Thakur committee.
