Shimla: Himachal Pradesh BJP today submitted a charge-sheet to Governor Urmila Singh against the Virbhadra Singh led government. In the charge-sheet, opposition has leveled serious allegations against the Chief Minister and his cabinet colleagues and demanded to enquire them from CBI.
BJP in its charge-sheet targeted Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and accused him for favouring his close associates. BJP charge-sheet terms the “Govt. of the Favourites, Govt. for the Favourites and Govt. by the Favourites”.
BJP wanted to know about the Vakamullah Chandershekher and enquire about the nature of loan CM has taken from him and what are his role in his company, Tarini Infrastructure, in which his family members and OSD own shares.
BJP also figured Vidya Stokes, horticulture and IPH minister, in its chargesheet and called her inapt for the post. BJP accused minister for purchasing low quality pipes and also blame her for not keeping the interest of apple growers. BJP chargesheet says that despite the Court ruling, state government has failed to press Delhi Govt from charging six percent extra commission at Azadpur Delhi market.
BJP also targeted health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur in its Chargesheet and accused him for burdening poor people with the heavy medical bills. BJP said that Govt has outsourced laboratories of 22 major hospitals to private firm, which opposition believes will impact adversely poor and unemployed youth.
BJP also senses corruption in the ministry of Urban Development, Excise, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Forest and Power. BJP has accused industry Minister Mukesh Agnihotri for protecting sand mafia.
Anil Sharma, Panchayati Raj Minister and Congress state president Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu were also figured in 28 pages long BJP’s chargesheet.
BJP has accused Virbhadra Govt for political vendetta and accused ruling party for framing political opponent in false cases. Issues like infamous DO, HOCA lease cancel in its chargesheet.
