In an infamous Jyori Murder Case, Local Court has rejected bail plea of Doon Congress MLA Ram Kumar Chaudhary. Chaudhary had applied for bail on the grounds that the documents in the charge-sheet filed by the Panchkula police were incomplete and missing.
The case had come up for hearing before Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhawna Jain. This is the second time that Chaudhary has been denied bail in the case. Earlier, when he was evading arrest, his anticipatory bail had been rejected by the court.
