Excise and Taxation Department donated Rs. Five lakh to the Chief Minister Relief Fund. Excise and Taxation Minister Prakash Chaudhary, on the behalf of department, presented cheque to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.
Chief Minister thanked the department for contributing towards noble cause, adding that the relief fund goes a long way in helping the poor and needy. He urged the people to contribute towards this fund liberally.
S.K. Baldi, Principal Secretary Finance, R.S.Negi, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Shri K.K.Sharma, Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioner and other officers were also present on the occasion.
