Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee president Virbhadra Singh claimed that Congress will get a “more decisive” victory in Himachal Pradesh than that shown in the exit polls.
Singh said that in all exit polls results Congress is ahead and added that the results are going to be more decisive than what was shown in the exit polls.
On the other side, BJP has ruled out the exit poll and claimed that party is in good position and results will be in its favor. Party spokesperson Ganesh Dutt said that most of time these types of surveys had failed. He added that Punjab assembly election results were the live example of it. He claimed that party will get clear majority on December 20. Another party spokesperson Ashok Kapahtia also believes that BJP will perform fairly and will prove exit poll wrong. He added that this is first time in last three decades, when present Govt is not facing any kind of anti incumbency and it gives a indication of tough fight.
The election results in Assembly polls in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat will be out on December 20.
