On the second day of Manali winter carnival thousands of local residents, Indian and foreign tourists witnessed a variety of colorful cultural programmes, including group songs, classical dances, street plays, street dances, and folk dances. This year 29 teams from Maharashtra, Orissa, Gujrat, Panjab, J&K and other states are participating in 13 competitive events. The 41 singers of Voice of Himalayas are also performing daily for their elimination rounds.
