Two persons killed, 22 injured and eight persons are reported missing after cloudburst near Rohtang Tunnel, Manali. 2 bodies have been found by riverside from Nehru Kund and another near Old Manali, about 20 km from the spot. The cloudburst occurred around 12.30 am Wednesday. All these affected were the workers involved in construction of the Rohtang tunnel. The accident happened just after they returned from work to their base camps at Dhundi.
Officials said that a search and rescue operation team is searching for the bodies at different stretches of the treacherous terrains of Dhundi and across the river Beas in district.
