In a horrific incident, a school girl was gang-rapped at Taklech of Rampur in Shimla District. Local Police has arrested all three accused and produced them in the court. The Court has further sent them on five days police remand.
As per the complaint, accused had kidnapped minor girl while she was on her way back to home from Taklech School. On the way accused dragged her to the nearby Jungle, where they gang-rapped her and restrained her for whole night. On Friday morning, when accused freed her, she reached home and narrated the incident with her parents. Father of victim lodged complaint with the police and on that police arrested all three accused under section of 363, 366 a, 376 d 506, 34 and POSCO Act.
