H.P. Town & Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2013 notified

Shimla: Urban Development and Town and Country Planning Minister Sudhir Sharma disclosed here today that the State Government has notified the H.P. Town & Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2013.

Minister appealed to the people of the State to go through this Act and send their suggestions or objections, if any, to the office of the Secretary Town and Country Planning (TCP) within 30 days of its publication.

The Act would be published in the Gazetteer on 18th July, 2014 and it would also be made available on the website of TCP Department within few days. He added that any interested person can visit office of the Director of TCP or field offices of the TCP Department for the same.
