Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh will preside over Annual Plan meeting for the financial year 2014-15 on 14th and 15th January, 2014 with the MLAs at Conference Hall of Armsdale Building, Himachal Pradesh State Secretariat, Shimla.
Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the State Government said that the priority demands of MLAs would be considered in the meeting so that these could be incorporated in the budget.
The meeting with MLAs of Solan, Sirmour and Shimla districts will be held from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM and meeting with MLAs of Mandi, Kullu and Bilaspur districts would be held from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM on 14th January, 2014.
He said that the Meeting with MLAs of Kangra, Lahaul & Spiti and Kinnaur districts would be held from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM and with MLAs of Chamba, Una and Hamirpur districts would be held from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM on 15th January, 2014.
He said that priorities of MLAs regarding roads, bridges and small irrigation and drinking water supply schemes had been invited in the Annual Planning Meeting of the State. He said that issues such as generating more resources, better administration and the steps for containing expenditure on various heads would also be discussed with MLAs in the meeting.
