A Spokesperson of the State Government said here today that Government had declared two Local Holidays on 15th May, 2013 (Seepur Fair) and 1st June, 2013 (Shimla Summer Festival) for the employees working in all Government offices, Boards, Corporations and Educational Institutions in Shimla within municipal limits only.
He said that these holidays would not be applicable to the daily wage employees and also not be the holidays within the meaning of Section-25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
