Two days holiday had been declared in all the educational Institutions of Lahaul & Spiti district keeping in view of heavy snowfall in the district. This was stated by S.S. Guleria, Deputy Commissioner, Lahaul & Spiti today. Guleria has advised the people of the district to stay in their homes to avoid any untoward incident.
