BJP’s national vice-president and former Himachal Pradesh chief Minister Shanta Kumar has declared that he would not be contesting the upcoming Assembly elections.
Talking to mediapersons in Palampur on his B-Day, Shanta Kumar stated that he was disheartened that several leaders within the state unit were boycotting him. He, however, claimed that the BJP would again form the government in the state.
