International Shimla Summer Festival concluded. The Governor, Urmila Singh was the Chief Guest. Urmila Singh said that such type of festivals go a long way in promoting the cultural heritage of the State besides tourism development.
Governor keenly watched the cultural programme on the occasion. Udit Narayan play back singer was the main attraction of the last star night of the festival. Dr. Arun Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Shimla who is also the Chairman of the Shimla Summer Festival Organising Committee presented shawl and memento to the Governor.
