First national winter carnival of Manali begins today. Carnival was inaugurated by state BJP president Khimmi Ram Sharma by flagging off the carnival parade from circuit house after performing puja in Hadimba temple. The 30 teams from different colleges,’ universities and clubs of the country are participating in 13 competitive events.
