The State Tourism Department has urged the people of rural areas and panchayat representatives to submit the legendary stories about their villages to concerned Deputy Commissioners so that these stories could be incorporated in the book ‘Har Gaon Ki Kahani’ under the second phase of the same.
The second phase would be started from 15th August, 2012 and the stories pertaining to villages would also be published in Coffee Table Book. The aim is to boost rural tourism by attracting more and more tourists towards rural areas which would also afford an opportunity of self employment to the local people.
