In the two different cases Himachal police has booked two persons with 3.2 Kgs of charas. Acting upon intelligence, police raided the premises of one Sanjay Verma, a resident of Chirmbo village in Theog and recovered 1.7 Kgs of contraband charas from his possession. In the second case a special investigation unit from Shimla out on a patrol recovered 1.5 Kgs of charas from one Sewa Ram at Nogli on the Shimla-Rampur highway. Both Sanjay Verma and Sewa Ram, a resident of Tharla village in Nirmand tehsil of Kullu have been arrested. District police superintendent Sonal Agnihotri has confirmed the arrest of two people.
