Meeting of Cabinet Sub-Committee for implementation of Constitution (85th Amendment) Act-2001 will held on 25th April, 2011 under the Chairmanship of Revenue Minister Thakur Gulab Singh at Shimla.
The Sub-Committee will attend by the Education Minister I.D. Dhiman, Irrigation and Public Health Minister Ravinder Singh Ravi, Industries Minister Kishan Kapoor, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Jai Ram Thakur, Transport Minister Mohinder Singh Thakur, and Chief Secretary Rajwant Sandhu.
It’s learned that the Sub-Committee has to submit its recommendations regarding Implementation of the Constitution (85th Amendment) Act, 2001 and assignment of seniority to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Government servants on promotion by virtue of rule of reservation/roster
