Dharamshala: BJP national president Amit Shah leveled the Congress led Himachal government as the most corrupt since independence.
BJP national president, while addressing the Yuva Hunkar rally in Kangra blamed Virbhadra Government for ruining the state with corruption. He quipped that Virbhadra Singh will be remembered as ‘bhrashtachar wale CM’.
Shah claimed that Union Government has initiated many developments schemes, but Himachal Pradesh government has failed to capitalize and passed the benefits of the schemes to the general public. BJP leader claimed that revenue of Himachal Pradesh has reduced Rs 4,200 crores, while states are gaining over the state. Amit Shah also released the anthem of the party for the elections. The anthem primarily targets the Chief Minister on corruption cases. He also released an online portal.
Union Health Minister JP Nadda, party incharge for Himachal and union minister for social justice, Thawar Chand Gehlot and Mangal Pandey, former Chief Minister Shanta Kumar, Prem Kumar Dhumal, MP Anurag Thakur, Ram Swaroop Sharma, Varinder Kashyap, were among the other senior BJP leaders present in the rally.
