In compliance to the budget assurance given by Chief Minister, the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of industrial towns in the State is proposed to be increased by carrying out amendments in the development plans of Nalagarh, Nahan, Paonta Sahib, Parwanoo and Una.
The State government spokesperson said here today that notices for inviting objections and suggestions from the public in respect of Nalagarh and Nahan have been published in the Himachal Rajpatra on 11 July, 2014 and in respect of Paonta Sahib, Parwanoo and Una on 14 July, 2014.
He said that any person who wants to give objection or suggestion can submit the same within 30 days to the Director Town and Country Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla or to the Chief Executive Officer, Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Development Authority, Jharmajri, Baddi, District Solan, or the Executive Officer, Municipal Council Nalagarh, Nahan, Paonta Sahib, Parwanoo, Una or to the Town and Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office Nahan or to the Assistant Town Planner, Sub Divisional Town Planning Office, Parwanoo or the Assistant Town Planner, Sub Divisional Town Planning Office, Una respectively.
The draft Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 2014 have also been notified for inviting objections and suggestions from the public on 17th July, 2014.
He said that any person who wants to give objection or suggestions can submit the same within 30 days to the Secretary (TCP) within 30 days.
