Senior BJP leader and Nahan legislature Rajiv Bindal has threaten go on a 72-hour fast from June 12 in protest against the delay in pending development works in his constituency.
Former Health Minister is miffed over the partial attitude from Congress led state government and accusing it for adopting a discriminatory approach towards his constituency.
Rajiv Bindal said that inconsistent supply of drinking water and erratic power supply has become regular feature and despite regular request, the state government wasn’t showing any concern to solve the basic problems of the people of the region.
He state that condition of connecting roads of the region are also not good and cry for immediate repair. He said that through this 72-hour fast; he would press various demands of the people of the area and would try to awake the government and inactive bureaucracy of the state.
