Principal Secretary, Personnel Manisha Nanda said that the Government was maintaining cordial relations with the employees keeping in view their vital role in the development of the State. She said that their grievances had been redressed from time to time. She said that contractual employees who have been appointed by fulfilling all codal formalities and had completed six years of services on 31.3.2012 had been regularised.
Manisha Nanda said that daily wagers who were regularised on completion of eight years earlier, but the now State Government keeping in view their interests had decided to regularise them on completion of seven years as on 31.3.2012. She said that directions for compliance to this effect have been issued to all the departments. She said that Personnel Department has issued orders in this respect and are available on the website of Personnel Department.
