Kufri: In a National Level Quiz and Essay Writing Competition 2018, sponsored by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India on “Swachhta Action Plan” organised by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida, Sameeksha Srivastava, student of Institute of Hotel Management, Kufri, Shimla bring laurel to the state by coming 2nd Runner-up in the competition.
Sameeksha Srivastava’s title of the essay was “Innovative ways for spreading the message of Cleanliness”. She was given trophy, certificate and Rs. 20,000. There were 16 teams participating in Quiz and 16 teams in Essay Writing Competition.
Manoj Sharma, Principal In-charge, IHM Kufri, Shimla applauded the student for her hard work and stated the institute is working hard for the comprehensive and continuous overall development of the students in the field of Hotel Management.
