Himachal Government has appointed retired IAS officer Subash Ahluwalia as principal private secretary. He is media advisor to Chief Minister. Ahluwalia was earlier remained private secretary to Virbhadra Singh, when he became chief Minister in 2003. He had been on top level posts during previous tenures of Virbhadra Singh as chief minister of the state.
Trilok Chand Janartha has been appointed as OSD to Chief Minsiter. Janartha had remained private secretary of Singh from 1998-2003, whereas private secretary to Chief Minister JC Chauhan has transferred as Solan deputy commissioner.
Meera Mohanty, deputy commissioner, Solan district has been made as director, tourism and civil aviation, HP and Subhasish Panda was given a charge of HP Tourism Development Corporation.
