The BJP state Chief Satpal Singh Satti has launched an offensive against HPCC president Virbhadra Singh, challenging him for a debate on violations of land laws in the state. Singh has leveled allegations against BJP led Govt in HPCC Tuesday meeting.

In a press conference BJP state chief Satpal Singh Satti rebut the charges made by the Congress party in its resolution passed here on Tuesday and dared Congress and its State Chief for the debate over it. He alleged that Congress allegations are baseless and the things are otherwise. Satti advised Virbhadra Singh to stop making false allegations. He added that during Virbhadra Singh’s regime, permission to purchase land under section 118 of the land tenancy Act was even given to foreigners. To substantiate his allegations, he even quoted a permission given to a Canadian during Virbhadra Singh’s regime. He dared Congress to prove its allegations against the BJP.

In the press conference, Satpal Singh Sattiwas accompanied by Shimla MLA Suresh Bhardwaj, HIMUDA chairman Ganesh Dutt and party general secretary Ram Swaroop Sharma.
