Himachal Pradesh Health Minister Rajiv Bindal, who was appointed general secretary of the state’s ruling BJP, declared that he would resign as cabinet minister on June 25. Talking to mediapersons here, he thanked the party high command for accepting his request to give some responsibility in the organisation.
