Anurag Thakur president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) clear his stand on Rashtriya Ekta Yatra in a press conference in Dehli.
Indian National Congress call it total failure, whereas BJP is quite happy with the outcome. Although BJYM could not successfully hoist the national flag at Lal Chowk as J&K govenment stopped them at Jammu-Punjab border and put both leader of opposition LS and RS with yatra Flag bearer Anurag Thakur behind the bar. A section of BJYM activists reached Lal Chowk, despite all odd, but couldn’t hoist the flag as state police and paramilitary stopped them and allegedly bitten them up. In the press conference Anurag Thakur says that this yatra proved center and state government wrong as they were claiming about the riots after the Yatra, but it didn’t happen. Thakur was totally upset with the state government action and called PM to clear his government stand on citizen rights to hoist the National Flag within the territory.
