A delegation of Trained Nursery Unemployed Teachers Association Himachal Pradesh led by Excise and Taxation Minister Prakash Chaudhary called on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here today.
Delegation urged the Chief Minister to start nursery classes in government schools on the analogy of private schools so that children upto three years of age could be enrolled in the schools. They said that parents enroll their children in private schools due to lack of nursery class facility in the government schools.
Association urged the Chief Minister to depute trained nursery teachers in the government schools through School Management Committees.
