Shimla: A deputation of Himachal Pradesh Agricultural Services Association-I (HPAS-I) Officers led by Dr. Prakash Thakur and General Secretary Dr. Samsher Singh Naik called on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here today and requested to grant of Four Tier Pay Scales to HPAS-I Officers.
Deputation told the Chief Minister that Himachal Pradesh Government has given revised scales to all the categories expect Agriculture/Horticulture Services on the basis of Anomaly Committee of Punjab Government. They requested to remove the anomaly and grant them pay scales as has been given to all others categories in the State. Chief Minister said that he would consider their demand sympathetically.
Another deputation of Himachal Pradesh Labana Hitkarini Sabha led by its Pradhan Govind Ram Naik met Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here today. They requested the Chief Minister to redress the various grievances of their community. They also requested to provide land on lease for the construction of Labana Bhawan at Mandi and Kullu. Chief Minister said that all their genuine demands would be considered.
