Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed the Shimla Municipal Corporation (SMC) to make the state capital free of stray dogs within three months. A division bench of High Court consisting of Acting Chief Justice R B Mishra and Justice Rajeen Sharma said that stray dogs have become a menace in Shimla.
