In the FIR, victim Roshan Lal’s wound has been described as minor and Dr. Ranjit Thakur, who had examined him, declared that the victim’s wounds were light; however victim was unconscious that time, as the victim exclaimed on phone. Victim Roshan Lal also said that he is scared and worried for his family due to this barbaric act. It is surprising that the attempt to murder was not registered against the culprits and you can clearly see from the video how this whole story unfolded.
