State Congress secretary and Ex Jubbal-Kotkhai MLA, Rohit Thakur, has questioned Horticulture Minister Narinder Bragta’s tenure and asked him to explain his achievements as a Minister. Rohit Thakur stated that in the last 4 years, apple growers from Jubbal-Kotkhai, Rohru, Tikkar and other nearby regions have suffered a lot because of the dilapidated road conditions. He blamed that Institute of Bio Technology and Environment Science should be opened in Shimla region but it was shifted to Hamirpur, where it lacks basic infrastructure or for that matter, even utility. He alleged that Bragta fails as Horticulture Minister as many posts remain vacant in his department for many years. He counted that 18 posts are vacated against 22 in Mashobra research center and in Jubbal Hospital there are 29 vacant against a total of 54 posts.
