Under the banner of CITU, laborer appointed at V2 Sanjauli store protested against the management decision to drop six laborers. CITU activists slammed V2 for violating labor law. They alleged that V2 store management was not paying as per the Labor law and alleged that store was also misleading its employees about PF, ESI and paid holidays as well. CITU said that after its pretest, when few employees demand its legitimate dues, V2 fired six people, but after protest, it agreed to take them back and also agreed to pay their other allowances as well. CITU member Vijender Mehra said that CITU has warned V2 to implement the agreement and warned with another agitation if failed.
