Chief Parliamentary Secretary Satpal Satti preside over the District-level Independence Day celebrations at Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district. During the occasion he said that budget of more than Rs 65 crore had been provided under first phase of Tribal Sub Plan this year. He said that a cricket stadium would be set up in Kinnaur district at a cost of Rs 5 crore by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association.
MLA Tejwant Singh Negi, Surat Singh Negi, District BJP President, and other prominent persons and senior officers of the state Government were present at the occasion.
