DC Solan C Palrasu has confiscated 2.14 bighas of land in five different cases in Solan district as authority found them guilty for not using within stipulated time of two years, despite procuring permission from the government. Authority has confiscated the land under Section 118 of the HP Tenancy and Land Reforms Act – 1972.
