Workshop on Training Need Analysis organized in Shimla

One-day Workshop on ‘Training Need Analysis’ for the Prosecutors of the State was held at Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Fairlawns, Shimla. The motive of the Workshop was to seek suggestions for preparing training modules for Public Prosecutors so as to improve the functioning of the Prosecution Department and minimize the lapses and deficiency in conducting prosecution cases in the Courts.
