Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary presides the 62nd Republic Day celebration at Kinnaur’s headquarter Reckong Peo. While addressing the gathering minister proclaims government’s commitment for the welfare of every section of the society. Sarveen Chaudhary said that Government had enhanced social security pension to widows, disabled and old persons from Rs. 200 to Rs. 330 per month. She said that financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojna for girls of poor families had been enhanced from Rs.5000 to Rs. 11,000 and under Beti Anmol Scheme a sum of Rs. 5100 would be deposited in the name of upto two girl child of BPL families which would be available under attaining age of 18 years.
