Six out of the eight missing trekkers in Kullu Dictrict have been rescued, while two others have been located and would be taken safety soon.
Rescued trekkers have been airlifted from near Chandrakhani area, while remaining two have been located and are reported safe.
The eight trekkers went missing in bad weather in the Parvati Valley near Chandrakhani Pass in Kullu District on Thursday.
The trekkers were engineering students of the Engineering Institute of Punjab.
Three teams of ITBP were pressed into rescue work.
