Hills of Himachal Pradesh continued to experience hot weather with temperatures in some parts of the state touching 44 degrees Celsius and hill queen Shimla also recorded 30.1 degrees Celsius temperature, which is seven degree above normal.

MeT department said that most of the Himachal’s towns recorded a maximum temperature of three to seven above the average for this time of the year and added that it’ll be continue for some more days.

Una town recorded the hottest at 44 degrees Celsius, Sundernagar in Mandi district recorded 40.7 degrees, while Dharamsala recorded 35.4 degrees, 5.5 degree above average. Manali town, which is surrounded by higher riches of Himalayas, recorded 30.2 degrees and Kalpa town experienced 25.4 degrees.
