In Rozgar Sangharsh Yatra, Congress leader GS Bali lamenting that most of the jobs generated in the state are taken away by outsiders. In his rally GS Bali accused the ruling BJP of denying Himachalis for their right to 70 per cent employment in the private sector.

Congress leader G S Bali said “Lakhs of employment opportunities were generated in hydro projects, universities, industrial units and other sectors in the past few years, but its major portion was shared by outsiders,”

In the state industrial policy, it had been made mandatory in the state for every industrialist to provide a minimum of 70 per cent employment to the Himachali youth in the units. But on the contrary percentage is on lower side and few industries are claiming to give 70 percent jobs for Hiamchali youth, but it should be on every level.

GS Bali also blamed the state government for opposing the yatra, which has been taken out to highlight unemployment in the state, he added that BJP led Govt is afraid from the response which he is getting and it will be proved a final nail in the coffin of corrupt and anti-employment BJP Govt.

While addressing the youth at Dharamshala GS Bali said that “When BJP is opposing the Rojgaar Sangharsh Yatra in Himachal, it means that the party is anti employment, we are taking this march to every nook and corner of the state to force the government for the strict implementation of 70 per cent employment rule in the private sector,”

GS Bali said that Congress is worried for increasing unemployment in Himachal Pradesh and added that when voted into power its main aim will be to generate maximum employment for youth. Congress leader said that in this direction, he had started working and is distributing forms to youth to know the actual figure of unemployment in the state.
