HPCC Chief Kaul Singh Thakur met with an accident when his vehicle rolled down near Totu, Shimla in the late evening. Local people rushed him to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC). Thakur was heading towards his residence from office in his car. He got serious injuries on his head and face; however doctors said that his condition is stable.
